Our Process

Your Project journey

Once you have contacted us either by visiting the showroom, telephone,
email or website enquiry then this allows the project journey to begin.

Home Design Consultation

We can book for one of our talented designers to visit you at your home where they can understand more about how your project needs to work for you. Once you have had a detailed conversation with our designer then they will take measurements and survey the bathroom or kitchen.

02

create a plan

Creative
Planning

Your designer will then come away from your home visit and begin to create a plan, design and quotation based on the conversations had at the design consultation. All bathroom plans come with 3D CAD images of the proposed layout, our kitchen designs are bought to life with Virtual Reality. Unlike most companies we email either the CAD images or VR scene to you at home, this allows you to view them at your own speed.

03

Showroom
Visit

Once you have had chance to review the plan, design & quotation then we normally arrange for you to meet us at one of our showrooms. Here we can discuss any design alterations or amendments, we can also go over any questions that you might have at this stage. Once we have moved on to a final design then we can start looking and selecting the finer details like styles & colours. This can take multiple visits if needed but many manage to complete this stage in just one or two visits.
